Segundo (Raúl López Leyton) is an elderly man who works at a street market and loses his stall’s merchandise for failing to pay his license fee. To recover it, he must settle his balance within a week. While trying to raise the money, Mario (Miguel Ángel Pérez), his inept son, depletes the remaining resources. Unable to work, he decides to commit a robbery at a local business.

Written and Directed by César González Álvarez (Chile) and produced by Constanza Olivares (Chile). A student fiction short film produced jointly by Malagüero Films and Instituto Profesional Arcos. Premiered nationally at FESANCOR Nº23 (Santiago, Chile) and internationally at KO&DIGITAL (Barcelona, Spain). Segundo featured the participation of actor Raúl López Leyton (La Nave del Olvido, Los Habitantes) and Miguel Ángel Pérez (Aculeo, Algo que Decir, Pánico). The short film received advisory from Alejandro Fernández Almendras.
